6.2 Employees and contractors are expected to continually enhance their professional skills and knowledge, demonstrating competency, diligence, and efficiency in their roles.

Compliance with Company Policies and Procedures

5.1 All employees and contractors are obligated to comply with the Company's policies, procedures, guidelines, and internal controls designed to ensure legal compliance, ethical behavior, and the protection of our clients, candidates, and stakeholders.
5.2 Violations of Company policies or procedures may result in disciplinary actions, up to and including termination of employment or contract.

4.1 We are committed to avoiding situations where personal interests conflict with the interests of CHS or its clients. Employees and contractors must promptly disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest to their immediate supervisors or the designated compliance officer.
